About Abi

Hey! My name is Abigail. I am a senior here at Cabrini (AT LAST). To kick off the blog, I will first tell you a little bit about myself. I like learning about the final frontier, SPACE. I have found true love through my cat Cosmic Latte, perhaps the most mystical, fascinating cat in the world. I have always had a strong passion for music and want to be a radio DJ before I die because I think it would be a dream to get paid for making playlist. I love concerts and seeing people play instruments live. Some of my favorite bands include Bratmobile, The Velvet Underground, Iggy and the Stooges, Jay Reatard, as well as the various creations of Richard Hell. There are many many more, but this is supposed to be a brief introduction of who I am after all.

I aspire to play guitar and be in a punk band for a year after high school. I might go to college. I don't know yet. It’s hard. When asked what is my least favorite part about life, I will quickly answer: making decisions. I am fascinated in photography as an art form. I like to design backgrounds and use my friends as subjects of my portraits. I want to become a better painter so I can host art galas in my garage.

My favorite subject is history. I like staying updated with local and global issues because I want to make the world a better place, and the only way to do that is to know what is wrong with it. I am a huge advocate of kindness. I love risk-taking and trying new things. I love the sky. I’m usually shy, awkward, and unorganized, but I still love myself. That’s all folks!
